Job Description Job Title: Psychiatrist Location: Northfield, Ohio Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Duration: Minimum 3 months from projected start date Job Description We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management services. The ideal candidate will have experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environments and delivering high-quality mental health care to diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications • Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and behavioral interventions • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and behavioral health teams • Conduct risk assessments, including suicide and behavioral evaluations • Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary case reviews • Provide consultation and guidance regarding psychological and behavioral health matters • Prepare reports, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other clinical documentation as required • Participate in court-related evaluations and provide expert testimony when necessary (if applicable) Qualifications • Doctoral Degree in Psychiatry or related medical field • Active Ohio Medical License • DEA Certification • Board Certified or Board Eligible • BLS or Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required Required Documents • Updated Resume • Cover Letter • Copy of Active Ohio Medical License • DEA Certification • BLS/CPR Certification • COVID Vaccination Card or Approved Exemption • Valid Government-Issued IDaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
