Clinical Specialist II – Spinal Cord Stimulator Boston Scientific – Neuromodulation Team Locations US-WY-Cheyenne US-NE-Lincoln US-NE-Omaha US-NE-West/North Platte US-SD-East/Sioux Falls US-SD-West/Rapid City US-UT-Provo US-UT-Salt Lake City US-WY-Casper Responsibilities Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures. Deliver patient follow‑up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long‑term success. Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations across multiple formats. Lead educational initiatives for customers, presenting and demonstrating company products through hands‑on demonstrations and digital platforms. Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers to deliver tailored education about clinical benefits and best practices. Engage clients through regular training sessions, workshops, and informational meetings to support therapy outcomes and professional development. Serve as a resource for current and prospective customers, providing updates on innovations and evidence‑based therapies. Actively participate in surgical cases within hospital and surgery center environments, providing hands‑on support throughout procedures. Monitor therapy progress, address patient needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction. Identify potential patients and referral sources, providing education on neuromodulation and pain management benefits. Participate in community awareness initiatives to increase patient volume and engagement. Develop relationships with hospital and ambulatory surgery center personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales opportunities. Respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining reliable communication and providing needed support. Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and in full compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines. Travel Requires frequent travel throughout the assigned region, primarily day trips with occasional overnight stays depending on business needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role. Preferred Qualifications Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or another science field. Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, Surgical Tech, or in a similar field. Employment Practices Boston Scientific is an equal opportunity employer.
