Base pay range $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Addison Group Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a professional office or support environment , who excels at resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide product and service support, troubleshoot basic technical or account issues, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
