The Judge Group is seeking a EHS Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Henderson, NC area.

Title: EHS Manager
Location: Henderson, NC
Salary: $115k-$125k

Responsibilities:

Partner with plant leadership to guide safety and environmental strategy
Embed EHS goals into KPIs and operational scorecards
Drive a proactive safety culture and accountability across teams
Oversee OSHA/EPA compliance and maintain a forward-looking compliance calendar
Use data trends to reduce risk and prevent incidents
Support capital planning with EHS-focused investments
Lead safety committees and coach managers on ownership of EHS programs
Develop and mentor EHS staff and build internal capabilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of EHS experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
Proven leadership managing EHS programs and personnel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills
In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance systems
