Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations with clients and their families to identify critical social, emotional, and economic factors impacting their health and access to care.

  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic techniques in telehealth sessions to provide effective mental health support.

  • Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, assessing their situations to ensure improvements and adjustments in their care plans as necessary.

  • Actively research, refer, and advocate for appropriate community resources such as healthcare, food assistance, and childcare to improve overall client well-being.

  • Respond to crisis situations, including mental health emergencies and suspected child abuse, ensuring the safety and support of clients in distress.

  • Identify at-risk individuals and communities to tailor outreach strategies and support services that meet their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will specifically focus on individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including those with substance use disorders and trauma histories. Our clients may represent a broad demographic, including families, veterans, and underserved populations who require thoughtful and inclusive mental health support.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Social Work.
  • \n
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is required.
  • \n
  • At least two years of experience providing mental health services, preferably in a health-related setting.
  • \n
  • Experience working with veterans is highly preferred.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of Department of Mental Health billing and paperwork requirements, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Background in parent-child interventions, understanding the dynamics of family relationships in mental health contexts.
  • \n
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively counsel and support clients in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
