Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry team. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in a 18-bed unit, focusing on medical and surgical telemetry nursing. You will be part of a collaborative team committed to patient safety and excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans. Administering medications and treatment as prescribed. Performing standard medical and surgical nursing skills. Maintaining patient safety and infection control standards. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina. Current BLS certification. Medical/Surgical nursing experience required. Telemetry experience preferred. Charge nurse experience is a plus.
