At DM Cantor, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a minimum base salary of $200,000 per year, or more, depending on experience, plus a generous bonus structure and an additional 20% of fees from personal referrals. Benefits include: 30 paid days off annually (10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and 5 personal/sick days), plus a loyalty vacation program that adds an additional day after 5 years and further increments at 10, 15, and beyond. Medical insurance: DM Cantor covers 50% of individual insurance in the first year, 100% thereafter, and 100% of family insurance at year five. Dental, vision, and life insurance paid fully by DM Cantor. 401(k) match up to 3.5% of employees’ compensation. Regular firm events and catering, with family‑friendly participation encouraged. Mentorship and CLEs: DM Cantor invests in conferences, mentorship, and strategy sessions to help attorneys grow. The firm funds continued learning (CLE) requirements and runs an internal mentorship program. All attorneys meet monthly to strategize, discuss cases, and review recent legal developments.
