Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, managing 4–5 patients per day with approximately 6 hours of treatment time daily
• Deliver intensive, individualized physical therapy treatment to patients recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), orthopedic trauma, stroke, neurological conditions, and amputation
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's functional recovery goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes using Cerner EHR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life throughout the recovery journey

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute rehabilitation or acute care settings
• Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner electronic health record system
• Ability to work a Days shift schedule within a structured inpatient rehabilitation environment
• No call requirements; no float requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating patients with TBI, SCI, or orthopedic trauma diagnoses in an IRF setting
• Familiarity with high-volume, treatment-intensive inpatient rehabilitation workflows
