Job Opportunity: PHP/IOP Physician

Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our team in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) role located in Murrieta, California. This position involves delivering psychiatric care, conducting evaluations, managing medication regimens, and working collaboratively with a diverse behavioral health team to create tailored treatment plans that foster patient stability and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000 , depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects only the base compensation and does not include additional variable compensation or productivity bonuses, which are determined by departmental compensation plans.
