Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial customers. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and controls
- Ensure systems meet safety standards and local building codes
- Provide clear explanations and recommendations to customers
- Keep accurate service records and reports
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition
Qualifications
- 3-5+ HVAC technician experience preferred
- EPA Certification (required for refrigerant handling)
- HVAC certification or trade school training preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, or rooftops
