Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Qualifications: • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Prior experience in the food service industry. Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
