Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a related educational support capacity
• Understanding of Individualized Education Programs and classroom routines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team member with teachers and staff
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting students of varied abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and classroom needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or paraprofessional certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students 1:1 or in small group settings with academic tasks and social skills
• Implement IEP goals and accommodations as guided by certified educators
• Support classroom management and foster an organized learning space
• Monitor student progress, providing feedback and encouragement
