Area Sales Manager, ENT - Multiple Locations

Medtronic seeks an Area Sales Manager for its ENT division across multiple U.S. states to sell surgical technologies and products to hospitals, physicians, and surgery centers. This remote position requires territory-based travel and direct customer engagement to meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians and hospital personnel to demonstrate and sell ENT capital and disposable products
- Monitor and report competitive activity within territory to management
- Provide clinical support and service to surgical personnel regarding products in operating environments
- Maintain flexible schedule including meetings and courses potentially outside normal business hours and weekends
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 8+ years sales/clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
- Ability to reside within assigned territory and drive to multiple accounts
- Track record in ENT, capital equipment, or medical device sales (preferred)
- Working knowledge of ENT products, therapies, and customer base (preferred)
