FULL TIME ASSISTANT NIGHT SHIFT FRONT DESK MANAGER

Full Time Assistant Front Desk Manager needed at the BEST Gold's Gym in North America. Hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday: 4 pm – close (11 pm) Friday: 4 pm – close (10 pm) Occasional support on a weekend shift. The Assistant Front Desk Manager will lead an amazing team as well as assist the General Manager of the department in any and all daily duties. Responsibilities include: Meet and greet all members and future members into / out of the club. Provide assistance with inquiries about gym operations and policies. Assist in any way possible to make the gym experience for members the best it can be. Maintain the front desk and surrounding areas in a professional, clean manner. Craft healthy shakes. Support the main floor in keeping it clean and safe, e.g., putting weights and equipment into proper place regularly through the night. Assist the sales team in supporting potential members. Lead and manage the team working with you. This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills, be outgoing and friendly, and have the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Qualifications and Requirements: Some management experience required. Current CPR certification is a plus. Benefits: Free gym membership included.
