MAINDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Leadingofprojectstaffintheprocessofcompletingprojectsandensuringcontractcompliance Organizingandoverseeingjobsiteadministration Organizingandcoordinatingfieldsupervision Creatingandsubmittingprojectrelatedinvoices Assistingintheprocurementofsubcontractorsandsuppliers Developing,monitoring,updating,andcommunicatingtheprogressscheduleanditsperiodicrevisions Managingthedirectlaborforceandmaintaininglaborrelations Managingsubcontractorschedules,quality-of-work,coordinationwithothertrades,andpayments Coordinatingcost-progresstargetswithproduction Creatingandmaintainingasafe/securejobsiteenvironment Identify,document,andresolveprojectchanges,RFIs,andmodifications. EstablishingandmaintainingrelationshipswiththeOwner,designprofessionals,buildingofficials,localbusinesses,andpoliceandfiredepartments Establishing,maintaining,conducting,andpolicingdetailedproceduresforthesubmittal,review,coordination,approval,anddistributionofshopdrawings,samples,etc. Establishingandmaintainingallprojectengineeringfilesrelatingtosubcontractandbidpackagerecords,plans,specifications,changes,clarifications,andas-builtdocuments Reviewingallvendorschedulesofvaluesandpreparethemasterscheduleofvalues Managingtheperiodicrequisitionprocedureforreview,submittal,andpayment Expeditingvendorestimatesandproposalsandpreparingappropriatecompanyestimatesandproposals Evaluatingsubcontractorpaymentrequisitionsrelativetoactualworkperformed Coordinatingon-sitefieldoperationswithcorporateofficeactivitiesKEYWORKINGRELATIONSHIPS
Mustbeabletoworkwithgovernmentandnon-governmentpersonnelinaprofessionalandclearmanner.Beabletoworkwithdifferenttradesandconstructionfocusestoensureaqualityenvironmentwithoutlimitingthetradesabilitytocompletework.MustbeabletoproperlycommunicateoverthephoneandinwritingtouppermanagementtoincludeSubcontractors,Suppliers,OnsiteStaff,Owners,otherPM's,Superintendents,andCorporateSafety. Qualifications BSorMSDegreeinPhysics,ConstructionManagement,Engineering,orArchitectureREQUIRED Minimumof5yearsofexperienceworkingwithUSACE,NAVFAC,DOT,DOD,VA,orotherfederalandstateagenciesineitheraQCMorProjectManagerRole Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills ProficientinMicrosoftExcel(testwillbegiventoevaluateproficiency) Bluebeam Excellentplanandspecificationreadingskills Well-developedorganizationalskills Honest Dependable Goodinterpersonalskills Mustpassgovernmentsecurityclearancestandards Mustpasspre-employmentdrugscreentestifhired Gooddrivingrecord,validlicense-insurablethroughthecompany Mustbeabletoliftto50lbs.
