Maintenance Supervisor

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Denton, MD for Riverwoods at St. Michaels and Riverwoods at Denton. Our supportive maintenance team offers numerous training opportunities. Responsibilities This position is responsible for all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance. In addition to handling maintenance tickets, the Supervisor will assist with unit turnovers and will be part of the after‑hours on‑call rotation. Qualifications 3+ years prior supervisory experience desired Energetic, self‑motivated individual who can work as a team Intermediate to advanced experience with apartment maintenance; appliance troubleshooting, drywall, and painting HVAC/CFC Certification is preferred Experience with split system HVAC units is highly desired Ability to understand and oversee work performed by contractors and county personnel Professional and pleasant demeanor at all times Reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on‑call emergencies Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on‑call rotation Benefits Habitat America offers an exciting working atmosphere with advancement opportunities, competitive salary, and benefits.
