Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate interventional radiology equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Adhere to strict protocols for patient safety, radiation protection, and infection prevention
• Obtain and review patient histories and verify procedure orders
• Accurately document procedures and maintain organized records
• Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients before, during, and after procedures

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current ARRT registration (RT)(R) required; IR or VI certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or clinical setting
• State of Ohio radiology technologist licensure (or eligibility)
• Solid knowledge of interventional radiology procedures, safety, and equipment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member
