Key Responsibilities Review and post all journalentries prepared by Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Prepare and analyzefinancial statements and departmental expense reports File monthly sales taxreturns accurately and on time Create and maintain theannual financial aid tracker, ensuring aid is correctly applied to tuitionagreements Build and manage onlineregistration and payment forms for camps, classes, productions, athletictraining, and other programs Assist with budgetpreparation and financial forecasting Provide financial setup andon-site support for fundraising events and fine arts programs Requirements 3+ years of accountingexperience Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel Proficiency in MicrosoftWord and Outlook Degree in Accountingpreferred; strong relevant experience will be considered Alignment with TrinityAcademy’s mission and statement of faith
