Job Title: Electrical Assembler Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Company: STS Technical Services Job Summary STS Technical Services is seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers with 1-3 years of recent experience to join our growing team in Milwaukee. As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in building enclosures and supporting the installation needs for various electrical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried components and fabricated components. Perform light fabrication work including drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping. Handle materials efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Team Leads. Support the installation needs for various electrical equipment. Ensure and document the quality and accuracy of work. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications 1-3 years of recent experience in electrical assembly. Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and bills of materials. Ability to read measuring devices, such as tape measures. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Highly motivated with a desire to learn and advance. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. Must pass a competency test and pre-employment physical, including a drug screen. Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
