The company also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, the major league of bowling and a growing media property that boasts millions of fans around the globe.The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, managing core HR functions across staffing, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role balances strategic guidance with hands-on execution of HR programs.Leadership & StrategyConsults with managers and employees on performance and employee relations issues through one-on-one and group meetingsManages the performance evaluation program and succession planning to ensure fairness and effectivenessDevelops management training on interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and harassmentEnsures compliance with applicable federal and state employment lawsOperations & ExecutionManages the discipline process and advises on performance-related concernsAdministers the ADA interactive process and advises on FMLA requirements (in partnership with a third-party vendor)Conducts workplace investigations and manages employee relations complaints, including EEOC casesResponds to employee questions on policies, procedures, and programsTraining & DevelopmentLeads employee and management training based on business needsConducts exit interviews to identify turnover trends and recommend retention strategies Supports departments with new hire selectionWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of HR experience, including labor relationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills; high integritySales/marketing awareness and P&L understanding preferredAbility to travel ~20% and work extended hours, including weekends/holidays, as neededWhat You'll GetAt Lucky Strike Entertainment, we're committed to supporting your well being both on and off the job. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
