Analyze game footage to develop strategies and improve team performance; support Head Coach in game planning and execution. Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes, maintain relationships with coaches, assist in campus visits and evaluate candidates. Schedule practices, games, and travel arrangements; coordinate team logistics including equipment and uniforms; manage budget and financial paperwork. Ensure compliance with NAIA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations; assist with logistical support for events, community outreach, and fundraising. Mentor and support student-athletes in academic, athletic, and personal growth; promote a positive team culture; monitor academic progress. Represent the soccer program at campus and community events; engage alumni, donors, and community supporters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Previous collegiate-level coaching experience, preferably within the NAIA. Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategies, and tactics. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of student-athletes, coaches, and staff. Commitment to student-athletes’ academic success and well-being. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
