What You Will Do Customer invoicing various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts. Responsible for unbilled items on assigned contracts. Review new contract input and modifications for accurate billings. Analysis of cost incurred in SAP project module and reconciliation of any variance with the Billing module. Work with Program Office, Contract, Financial Analyst, and the customer to resolve issues, period of performance, cost in excess, etc. Meet with Order to Cash Team, Program Finance and Contracts Department to resolve issues preventing invoicing. Understanding contract reconciliation, cancelling funds, over/under payments, financing and working within Order to Cash team to resolve any invoicing or payment variances. Understanding of FAR/DFAR regulations and Raytheon policies as they apply to Contracts and Invoicing. Qualifications You Must Have A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 2+ years of experience, OR An Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience using Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions. Experience working with Microsoft Power Point. 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment. Qualifications We Prefer Working knowledge of A/R systems and tools, and an understanding of related applications. Knowledge of applicable government regulations such as FAR/DFAR. Demonstrated knowledge of SAP financial processes and reporting tools. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
