Contract Recruiter

Salary: USD30 - USD40 per hour LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter with an industrial company known for its nationwide growth, innovation in water solutions, and mission-driven focus on sustainability and customer impact. In this Contract Recruiter opportunity, you will support hiring across multiple business units and geographic locations. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys owning full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving hiring process improvements. As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll help build the teams that keep operations running across manufacturing facilities and field service locations in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business units and geographic locations. Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruiting best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing partners and agencies. Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, field service, or operations-based environments. Strong experience utilizing ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement. Ability to manage up to ~20 requisitions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
