You can take all or some of the hours to complete your schedule.What's needed — full-assist personal care:High fall risk — gait belt for all transfers, uses walker/wheelchairBed bath each morning; peri + Foley care twice dailyFully incontinent — change briefs promptlyChoking risk — cut food small, special cutleryEncourage breathing/leg exercisesDrives client to doctor in his vehicle (proof of insurance needed)Syncope: if he faints, let him rest.
