- Assist with construction tasks such as loading/unloading materials, site preparation, and basic excavation
- Support the installation of underground telecommunications cable under supervision
- Operate company vehicles and basic equipment safely (training provided)
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition
- Follow all safety guidelines and participate in daily safety briefings
- Assist with site cleanup and restoration, including grading and general labor tasks
- Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
- Learn how to read basic job plans and understand project scope over time
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Class A or B CDL License
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 0-2 years of construction or related experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Routinely : work with arms above shoulder level at heights, in confined spaces and in remote locations, climb stairs, bend, stoop, stand, walk and lift up to 55 pounds, operate vehicle & heavy machinery
- Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse
