FACILITY INFORMATION

• EMR: Epic
  
• Specialty Backup Available: Yes, including NP, RN, social work, dietician, palliative care, nurse navigator
  
• Support Staff: RNs: 6, MAs: 2, PA/NP: 1, Office Staff: 6 (strong, experienced team of NP & RNs; Dedicated nurse manager to the oncology team)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE
  
• DEA: Required
  
• Certifications: BLS
  
• PREFERRED Experience: Bone marrow biopsies
  
• Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency, team collaboration
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care to adult patients
  
• Integrate with infusion center for chemotherapy and immunotherapy management
  
• Perform bone marrow biopsies as needed and preferred
  
• Collaborate with a strong team of NPs, RNs, and support staff including social work and palliative care
  
• Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination with dietician and oncology nurse navigator
