About the Role:
Limitless Care in Vallejo, CA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Home Care Aide to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home support. If you have a passion for helping others and a heart for caregiving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and TB test
Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
