Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining warmth and professionalism behind the bar.

• Greet and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism

• Prepare and execute classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail

• Properly handle cash and credit card transactions

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar area at all times

• Deliver attentive, high-quality service while managing multiple priorities efficiently

• Address guest concerns or special requests with grace and urgency

• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, spirits, wine, and cocktails

• Work collaboratively with service staff, kitchen team members, and management to ensure seamless service

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or comparable restaurant or cocktail bar

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits

• Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in high-pressure environments

• Experience with POS systems (Micros or similar preferred)

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Professional appearance with a warm, approachable demeanor
