Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00+ Year 1 On Target Earnings; income potential based on performance. Higher income levels are attainable with sustained performance. Ownership track available for qualified candidates.

As an Insurance Sales Agent Trainee with Farmers Insurance, you'll participate in an immersive fully paid training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience needed to run your own successful agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, policy changes, claims, and other customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements

• No prior insurance experience required - Comprehensive PAID training is provided.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Sales experience, preferred, but we will train motivated professionals who demonstrate drive and discipline. We value ambition, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above everything else.
• Current Property Casualty, plus Life, Health and Annuities license, or willingness to obtain with district support . Must be able to able to obtain PC license prior to starting. Licensure study materials paid for by Farmers District 61.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
