Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join a collaborative adult primary care practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive outpatient environment focused on work-life balance, professional growth, and personalized medicine.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join a collaborative adult primary care practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive outpatient environment focused on work-life balance, professional growth, and personalized medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient histories, physical exams, and screenings.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Conduct routine and urgent care visits.
- Document patient encounters accurately within EMR systems.
- Coordinate follow-up care and patient communication.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active Connecticut PA license
- EMR experience required (eClinicalWorks preferred)
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
