Join Adecco as a Seasonal Trainer/Lead!

Adecco is seeking motivated and experienced Seasonal Trainers/Leads to support warehouse and fulfillment center operations during the peak season in the North East, MD area. If you have experience training, coaching, leading teams, or working in a warehouse environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership skills while helping new associates succeed.

Position Summary

The Seasonal Trainer partners with Adecco leadership and site operations teams to deliver new hire, cross-training, and refresher training programs for warehouse associates during peak season. This role provides hands-on instruction, monitors trainee performance, offers coaching and feedback, and maintains training documentation while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Deliver hands-on training to help associates perform safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• Explain job duties, work processes, safety requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations.

• Observe associate performance and provide real-time coaching and support.

• Conduct and document training observations and communicate progress to leadership.

• Answer process-related questions and provide floor support as needed.

• Stay current on training materials, SOPs, safety requirements, and operational updates.

• Maintain accurate training records and certification documentation.

• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and objectivity in all communications.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications

? Previous warehouse, fulfillment center, training, coaching, or team lead experience preferred

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Ability to effectively teach and guide employees with varying experience levels

? Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards

? Comfortable documenting training activities and performance observations

? Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting within site safety guidelines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Must comply with all safety requirements and procedures

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
