Geriatrician & Dementia Specialist - Nationally Recognized Program
Banner Alzheimers Institute is seeking a dynamic BC/BE Geriatrician with experience in dementia, Alzheimer's or other cognitive disorders to join us at Banner Alzheimer's Institute in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exceptional opportunity for an innovative physician to join an exceptional interdisciplinary team at the nationally renowned center in Alzheimers and dementia care and research.
Requirements:
- BC/BE in Geriatrics
- Industry-sponsored clinical trial experience is preferrable
- Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease/Cognitive Disorders, preferrable but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Banner Alzheimer's Institute: A New Standard of Care.Having established a new standard of care for patients and caregivers dealing with Alzheimers disease and related dementias, Banner Alzheimers Institute and the University of Arizona are now combining their expertise in dementia care for the benefit of Phoenix and the broader Arizona community.
Banner Alzheimer's Institute is the worldwide leader working to prevent Alzheimers and provide comprehensive care for those facing the disease. Banner Alzheimers Institute is just one of a few-funded national Alzheimers Disease Research Centers in the nation. Research at the Institute is funded by grants from such agencies and foundations as the National Institutes of Health, industry and philanthropic foundations.

Position & Facility Details:
- Multidisciplinary team includes Physicians, Advance Practice Providers, Neuropsychologists, Social Workers, and a robust team of support staff
- Onsite MRI & PET scanners
- Monochromal antibody treatment program
