Warehouse Operations Manager

Warehouse Operations ManagerWe're looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our small but busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, improving processes, and keeping a tight ship. You'll manage inventory, coordinate shipping/receiving, maintain safety standards, and ensure the warehouse runs efficiently every day.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily operations — Oversee picking, packing, receiving, and shipping workflows.Inventory management — Maintain accurate stock counts, conduct cycle counts, and reduce shrink.Team leadership — Train, coach, and schedule a small warehouse staff.Process improvement — Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.Safety compliance — Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Vendor & carrier coordination — Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.Equipment oversight — Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment are maintained and safe.Required Skills & ExperienceWarehouse experience in a small or mid-sized facilityStrong understanding of inventory systems (ERP/WMS)Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feetProven leadership or supervisory experienceSolid communication and problem-solving skillsForklift certification (or willingness to obtain)Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, Freight)Nice-to-HaveExperience with lean operationsBasic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipmentWhat We OfferCompetitive pay (based on experience)Health and PTO benefitsA stable, supportive work environmentAutonomy to shape warehouse processesOpportunities for growth as our operation expandsLocationThis role is based at 171 O'Neill Drive, Hebron, OH at our warehouse facility.
