To support business goals, the full-time 1099 Contractor Talent Advisor will source, attract, and hire top talent through creative strategies, while partnering with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational needs in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven ability to partner with leaders Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies Excellent relationship-building and networking skills Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques
