Duration: 30 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: PRN | 20-30 Hours per Month Job Summary:
Ensures accurate prescription processing and dispensing while maintaining pharmacy documentation, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

Licensure: Active and Unrestricted Pharmacist License - Alabama
Certifications: Certified Pharmacist
Experience: 1+ years' experience as Pharmacist (dialysis medicine preferred)
Location: Birmingham, AL 35217

Responsibilities:
- Process and dispense prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and completely
- Maintain pharmacy licensing, records, exception reports, and regulatory documentation
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, JCAHO requirements, GMPs, and state and federal pharmacy regulations
Requirements:
Licensure: Active and Unrestricted Pharmacist License - Alabama
Certifications: Certified Pharmacist
Experience: 1+ years' experience as Pharmacist (dialysis medicine preferred)
