???? Metal Shop Production Technician - Machine Operator

???? 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

???? $22/hour

Join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality sheet metal components in a clean, modern facility.

???? Schedule

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available, with some days extending to 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM

✅ What You'll Do

• Operate CNC and manual press brakes
• Install hardware using Haeger insertion equipment
• Perform resistance spot welding
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other tools
• Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections
• Assist with setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Cross-train on additional fabrication equipment and processes

???? What We're Looking For

• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, press brakes, or manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Benefits:BC/BS for Healthcare and MetLife for the rest. 10 paid holidays, vacation pro-rated in the first year and our 401K offers entry at the first of each quarter with Company matching funds (60% of the first 6% of contribution) after 1-year of employment (for active Plan participants). There is a 5-year vesting period for the matching funds only.10 Holidays paid - start at date of hirePTO - typically 2 weeks to start prorated based on date of hire. 90 day probationary period before being able to use the PTO.Company pays the full monthly premiums for STD AND LTD for every employee
