Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily maintenance, inspection and calibration on equipment and instrumentation.Operations coordination and report generation.Supervise the support and management of materials for specific training events.Coordinate and approve travel to exercises and certifications for technical qualification.Supervise staff and review trouble ticket tasks, call logs, and COTS repair reports. Review weekly status reports and facilitate direct communication with Site Director. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements:College degree of Applied Sciences or equivalent experience Level of Experience Requirements:8 yrs. previous experience preferredMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.Willing to operate on a no notice recall for 24 hours, 7 days a week operation.Hazmat certificationKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Must be able to work under minimal supervision.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.Must be familiar with computers, electronics and sensing equipment.Must be familiar with inventory tracking operations and use of Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and Outlook, is highly desirable.Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skillsKnowledge of the standard Army regulations and proceduresUnderstanding of CBRN systems and COTS equipment preferredKnowledge of logistics OperationsDependable and Reliable· Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company. · Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industrystandard software. · Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally. · Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information.· Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally. · Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. · Problemsolving and critical thinking – analyzing issues and selecting appropriate solutions. · Interpersonal and teamwork skills – building rapport and collaborating effectively with others. · Attention to detail – producing accurate, errorfree work.Preferred Management or Team Lead experience preferredNecessary Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
