Details Outpatient Hematology Oncology Clinic setting including infusion center care Cares for patients with ear/nose/throat cancers and lung cancer Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 13-week assignment length Epic charting system required Requirements Active RN license, NC or Compact, required in hand BLS and ONS/ONCC certifications required Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience Epic EMR experience required Care coordination and phlebotomy skills required 1 supervisory reference from within the last year required for consideration Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information Provide direct patient care coordination for oncology patients in an outpatient and infusion setting Orientation sessions occur bi-weekly Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 31-March 31) with no exemptions Candidates residing within 75 miles are accepted at a reduced bill rate Previous permanent employment with Duke University Health System must be disclosed and must not have occurred within the past 6 months American Traveler Job ID P-748508.
