Position Overview Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor – Crisis to lead the crisis team, supervising mental health therapists and support staff, providing direct services, and coordinating with the Behavioral Health Program Manager. The role focuses on voluntary crisis services during the swing shift (12pm–10pm, Wednesday–Saturday). Key Responsibilities Supervise mental health therapists, peer specialists, case managers, and program staff, ensuring adherence to Sea Mar’s patient‑centered model. Provide clinical individual and group supervision, review and approve clinical documentation in Cerner, and ensure weekly service hours and monthly productivity targets. Conduct weekly file reviews, implement corrective actions, and report findings to the Program Manager and Regional Behavioral Health Director. Maintain caseload balance, ensure client retention and treatment success, and uphold BHO, DBHR, and TJC requirements. Coordinate with referral agencies and community partners to promote the program and secure referrals. Oversee QI reporting, data entry in the regional data system, and ensure HIPAA confidentiality and data timeliness. Participate in management and staff meetings, collaborate with other professionals, and assist with inter‑agency referrals. Provide outpatient evaluations, assessments, and psychotherapy, including home visits when necessary. Ensure integration of care across primary, behavioral, and dental services. Maintain positive relationships with the BHO and other referral agencies. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Social Science or Social Services. Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) preferred; if not licensed, must hold an active Washington State Agency‑Affiliated Counselor license or a Mental Health Associate license. Five or more years’ experience in mental health, including administrative responsibilities. Preferred certifications: minority Mental Health Specialist, WAC‑certified adjuncts. Strong knowledge of working with Latinos, migrant workers, homeless individuals, and multicultural populations. Proficiency in English; reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Mathematical proficiency for routine calculations and basic algebra. Reasoning ability to apply common sense and problem‑solving in standardized situations. Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within 90 days of hire; annual TB test and annual influenza vaccine required. Employment Conditions Sign oath of permanent confidentiality and pass background checks. Compliance with Sea Mar ethical standards and Washington State Department of Health regulations. Work the swing shift (12pm–10pm, Wednesday–Saturday). Physical requirements include standing, walking, heavy lifting up to 10lb routinely and up to 50lb occasionally.
