Available Positions & Shifts AM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN; Monday–Friday opportunities available PM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN NOC Shift: RN only; full-time Sunday–Thursday, part-time, or PRN Leadership Opportunities: Ask about ADON and Unit Manager positions for qualified RNs or LPNs What You'll Do Administer medications and monitor residents' vital signs Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care Implement and support individualized resident care plans Complete accurate clinical documentation Lead and support CNA staff Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity Communicate and collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes appropriately Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for and commitment to caring for the aging population Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Compensation & Incentives Early wage access through Tapcheck PM/NOC shift differentials Weekend shift differentials Additional compensation for Vent/Trach certification and working on the Vent/Trach Unit Company-paid Vent/Trach training and certification Option to waive benefits for a higher wage on the applicable pay scale Benefits & Perks Low staffing ratios designed to support quality resident care PTO and holiday pay 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Employee referral program Career advancement opportunities Year-round employee appreciation events Supportive team environment Professional development and training opportunities Why Join Northridge?
