As a Senior Medical Writer, Medical Communications, you will play a key role in transforming complex scientific data into clear, engaging, and impactful content that supports healthcare professionals and advances patient care. Translate complex clinical data and scientific evidence into clear, compelling narratives tailored to healthcare professional audiences. Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, critically evaluate published research, and synthesize findings into evidence-based communications. Collaborate closely with medical, editorial, and client teams to develop content strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables. Support medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes by incorporating feedback, addressing reviewer comments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Maintain scientific accuracy, data integrity, and consistency while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Requirements Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical communications agency or a similar scientific communications environment. Demonstrated experience developing scientific content across multiple formats, including presentations, publications, and executive summaries. Strong literature research, data interpretation, and scientific writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Familiarity with MLR review processes and industry guidelines for compliant scientific communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and reference management software such as EndNote. Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Experience supporting Medical Affairs, publications, commercial content, or multiple therapeutic areas is considered an asset.
