Filltech Inc. is seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities on a 10-hour shift. You will assign tasks, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure equipment runs smoothly while maintaining cGMP compliance. You will collaborate with maintenance, drive continuous improvement, enforce 5S, and lead the team to meet production goals while sustaining a safe work environment.
