Intern Classification Non-Exempt The Intern is responsible for assisting in the daily tasks within the F&I department. This internship will allow for the utilization of learned skills at college along with the learning of on-the-job skills that will enhance the overall development of the individual. Essential Functions Partner with the F&I team to support deal processing, documentation, and funding workflows Assist in preparing finance packages, credit applications, and deal summaries Observe and support customer financing discussions and product presentations Learn compliance standards related to lending, contracts, and regulatory requirements Analyze deals for profitability, pricing structure, and risk considerations Collaborate with sales team to support deal flow and customer experience Assist with reporting, data analysis, and tracking key performance metrics Participate in leadership meetings and operational reviews Support special projects focused on process improvement and efficiency Qualifications Currently enrolled in a college or university (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred) Strong interest in finance, sales, or business operations Demonstrated leadership experience (student organizations, athletics, work, etc.) Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and integrity Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis Doggett Freightliner
