# Job Opportunity – Weekend Field Nurse (RN) – Michigan Start Date: June 22, 2026

Schedule: Weekend coverage (Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM) Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in home and community settings, focusing on wound care, health assessments, and IV hydration
• Work with frail, elderly, and long-term care populations in a participant-centered care model
• Conduct field visits utilizing full body assessment skills and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with primary care providers, pharmacies, DME suppliers, facilities, and interdisciplinary team members
• Perform urgent, emergent, and routine assessments to determine appropriate levels of care
• Weekend-only schedule offering work-life balance during the week

• Active RN license in Michigan
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred from accredited institution
• Minimum of one year experience working with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations
• Home care experience (one year minimum) preferred
• Wound care experience (one year minimum) preferred
• Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Full vaccination or willingness to be vaccinated against communicable diseases including Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B
