Wealth Planner

Primary Responsibilities Assist the advisory team with onboarding of new clients, customizing the standard contract with client information and obtaining required forms. Coordinate submission of client onboarding materials with custodians for processing. Handle cash transfers, wire moves, data maintenance, reporting and trading as needed. Process account openings, deposit electronic checks, move money, and manage related custodian tasks. Proactively interact with clients to create an outstanding client experience. Schedule client meetings. Receive client calls and resolve questions or issues promptly. Analyze and input client data into financial planning software. Assist with the timely completion and submission of all client‑related transaction requests. Prepare forms and reports for client meetings. Develop client recommendations in collaboration with the Wealth Advisor. Assist in building comprehensive financial plans. Organize and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) and utilize financial planning software (eMoney). Perform ongoing maintenance and quality control of the CRM. Other duties as assigned. Required Credentials Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of experience in the financial industry, including wealth management, financial planning, estate planning, and/or tax planning/preparation. Preferred Qualifications Series 65, CFP® or other advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CIMA, CPA, etc.). Skills & Competencies Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with clients independently. Experience training and mentoring Client Service Associates. Working knowledge of e‑Money, Salesforce or related platforms. Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients. Tenacity in doing what is right for the client. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
