Salary: $60 - $65 Hourly DOE

Job Summary:

Aevum Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo county. We are rapidly growing and seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in the 5 cities, San Luis Obispo and Coastal areas.

Our OTs deliver high quality care to patients in their own home environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patients needs, developing relationships and ensuring continuity of care. This highly rewarding field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making your own work schedule.

Work schedule: Regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with a choice between 4 or 5 days/week, with a rotating weekend.

Required Experience, Education, & Skills:

• • Current California OT license
  • Minimum one year of professional OT work experience
  • CPR certified (Healthcare Provider)
  • Current Driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle to drive for work
  • Have and maintain auto insurance coverage

• Home Health experience is a MUST
