What Youll Do

• Follow work instructions and production orders to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Prepare and set up materials, containers, and equipment for production.
• Operate machines and tools to fill, package, and label products.
• Measure, weigh, and inspect items to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Keep accurate production records and complete documentation.
• Help maintain production goals while ensuring safety and quality.
• Participate in team meetings and training to continue building your skills.
• Support inventory and material handling when needed.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Take on other tasks that support the success of the team.

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in machine operation, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• A detail-oriented and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic, honesty, and willingness to learn.
• Experience in a quality-driven environment (such as GMP) is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Good vision and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment (may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, or noise).
