Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On-call 1 week every 6 weeks! Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available! Why work at Monarch!? What you need:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• 1 years or more of experience in apartment maintenance
• EPA and/or HVAC Certification preferred
• Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs
• Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
• Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas

What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Must participate being on call (1 week every 2 weeks)
• Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, a drug screening and a valid driver's license required.
