It’s a “ruff” job—but somebody’s got to do it! If you’re a talented groomer who loves pets, takes pride in your craft, and enjoys building great relationships with clients, we’d love to meet you.

Top groomers earn $1,700–$2,000+ per week ($90,000–$105,000+ annually) including tips. Consistent schedules and loyal clients provide strong, reliable income.

This is a mobile dog groomer/cat groomer/pet groomer position working out of a fully equipped company van.

Tired of the chaos of a busy grooming salon? At Four Pretty Paws Mobile Pet Spa, you’ll groom pets one-on-one in a calm, fully equipped mobile spa while our office team handles scheduling, calls, and logistics.

No mobile grooming experience required — we train experienced groomers to succeed in mobile grooming.

Most of our groomers came from busy salons like PetSmart or Petco and say they would never go back.

Our groomers focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional grooming experiences for pets and their families.

About the Role:
You’ll provide high-quality, compassionate grooming services from one of our modern mobile grooming vans. Your focus will be delivering an exceptional experience for each pet while building lasting relationships with clients.

Our team serves a wide range of breeds—from lovable mutts to popular doodles. The ability to groom cats is a plus, but not required.

We provide the tools, equipment, and support you need so you can focus on grooming and caring for pets.  We recently expanded into the Kansas City market,.  This is a unique opportunity to help build a new market from the ground up. What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Groom 4–6 pets per day in a calm, one-on-one environment.
• Travel to clients using a fully equipped mobile grooming van.
• Enjoy a consistent route with loyal repeat clients.
• Focus on grooming while our office team handles calls, scheduling, and logistics.
• Finish your day knowing you’ve provided a premium grooming experience for each pet.

We provide training and support to make your transition into mobile grooming smooth and successful.

Requirements:

• Completed coursework at a certified grooming academy.
• Minimum 2+ years professional grooming experience (3+ preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A genuine love for dogs (and cats!).
