Relationship Banker I Summary The Relationship Banker I is responsible for conducting teller transactions and cash vault transactions accurately and timely. The incumbent provides exceptional customer service while following Bank policies, maintaining controls, mitigating risk, and helping customers achieve financial goals through the sales and service of bank products and services. The incumbent works with the branch team to achieve team scorecard goals and is responsible for individual scorecard goals. Principal Accountabilities 40% - Responsible for handling customer transactions and account inquiries, accurately maintaining and balancing cash drawers and vault, and reconciling discrepancies. 15% - Identify customers' needs and offer appropriate products and services. 10% - Assist with internal controls, daily report follow-up, night depository deposits, and other operational duties. 10% - Consistently demonstrate the Bank's Right by You quality standards by providing superior customer service. 10% - Mitigate losses through work accuracy and adherence to bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines. 10% - Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results per assigned metrics and goals. 5% - Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED with one year of cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Qualifications Strong relationship skills. Basic math and computer skills. High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy. Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Complete teller training classes.
